The short version, honestly: this page covers the contextai.org website only. It is information about who we are and what we build — not an offer, not advice, and not a contract for any product. Our products have their own terms, and those are the ones that govern paid work.

1Who you are dealing with

contextai.org is operated by Ron Sircar, sole proprietor (India), trading as ContextAI. A private limited company, Oni AI Private Limited, is being incorporated; when it completes, these terms novate to that company automatically and nothing about your rights changes. 2What this site is

An informational site describing ContextAI and its products. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to provide a service, or professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, tax, audit or investment.

Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it. Do not attempt to break it, collect from it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to impersonate ContextAI or anyone who works here.

4What belongs to whom

The text, design, images and marks on this site are ours. Anything you send us by email remains yours; we treat it as confidential and use it only to answer you.

5Accuracy, and what we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and correct it when it is wrong. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of a marketing page. Where this site describes a product, that product's own documentation and terms are the accurate source.

6Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything you read on it. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause covers the website only; each product's terms set their own, considered position for paid work.

7Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections your own country's law gives you that cannot be varied by agreement.

8Changes

We change the version and the date at the top when these terms change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
